While you are in the midst of redecorating, be sure to give your sunroom some love with these simple and affordable decor ideas:
- Spring Floral Arrangements: Take advantage of the spring flower bounty by making aromatic arrangements for your sunroom. Clip off some of your favorite blooms and mix them up with some fresh herb sprigs. When the sun beams down on your arrangement, it will release the fresh aromas and make your space smell fantastic. To give your flower pots and vases a brand new look, spray paint them with vibrant spring colors.
- Shabby Chic Pillows: Do you have an old sundress or floral shirt that you don’t wear anymore, but do not want to get rid of? Give these items a new life by making fun and unique sunroom pillows with them. Fluffy pillows are inviting and will draw attention to the seating areas of your sunroom while giving it a bright and lively appearance. Use a variety of different colors and patterns, and make pillows in many different shapes and sizes.

You can find everything from interesting rocks to shells, and even wood pieces that will add color and design to your space. Fill jars and bowls with your findings or even build custom furniture if you happen to stumble upon a nice piece of wood.
- Fruit Centerpieces: A simple and affordable way to add a look of color and vibrance to your sunroom, fruit centerpieces can be created in a matter of minutes. Find a beautiful clear jar and fill it with lemons, limes, oranges, or any other citrus fruit you desire. To make your eggs last longer, drill a tiny holes in the bottom of each egg and let the yolks drain out. Find a color palette that matches the look of your room and dye the eggs in that color scheme. You do not need to stick with traditional Easter egg colors. For added pizazz, hand paint designs and patterns on the eggs once they are dyed.
