The Hassanein family of Woodbine, Maryland so loved their existing Straight Eave Four Seasons Sunroom that we installed previously that they now want to further expand the flow into other areas of the home by doubling the size of it .
Additionally, they want Maryland Sunrooms, (we are a full-service remodeler) to close in the underside of both new and existing spaces to create a recreation room for a pool table and expand out from the existing finished basement level – opening up the space and adding light.
The reason for this remodeling expansion? It’s the room everyone heads to. Friends, family LOVE this room and it’s time to expand their sunroom to accommodate everyone comfortably.
- They have a very large family (8 kids under the age of 9 with 5 month old twin boys). A sunroom makes the perfect room for play, homework – and a great inside place for adults to easily monitor kids outside from.
